Facilitate training sessions for adults

This training prepares Ifage-UOG's Certificate FSEA. It is the first of five modules of Swiss certified trainer-tor s-adults (BFFA). 

Overall competence referred: 
By the end of training, the participant-e is able to prepare, conduct and evaluate training sessions for adults in their specific vocational field.

Target and Conditions of registration: Trainers, adult pursuing a trainer, trainer with groups of adults in training, totaling at least 75 hours.

  • might justify, for a certificate of at least 75 hours of experience as a trainer, trainer, with groups of adults, during the last year or during a recent year.
  • Group of 10-15 participants e-s.

Objectives

At the end of training, the participant-e is able to:

  • Taking into account the guidelines, teaching guidelines and conditions for qualification and certification of the institution in its training.
  • Identify and analyze the characteristics of its target audience.
  • Formulate learning objectives adapted to the mandate received and the time available.
  • Planning the educational process and the training sequences according to the characteristics of the adult audience and learning conditions. Justifying his methodological choices.
  • Develop an evaluation process appropriate to the time and function evaluation. Enjoy the results of the evaluation and its effects on training.
  • Manage relationships and interactions between trainer and participant-ess-es and between participants are themselves (roles, conflict, contract, etc.).
  • Analyze your own behavior and the consequences for his training-ordinator.

Interactive teaching approaches, alternating between sharing of experience, theoretical contributions, put into practice (training and animation).

Attestation and Certification:
The certificate FSEA
recognized at the federal level, is issued when the nominee-e meets the requirements (80% minimum attendance time, facilitating a training sequence, written work) and can demonstrate a practical as a trainer, trainer of adults with at least two and at least 150 hours. 
 

An attendance certificate
is issued or when the contestant has taken at least 80% the length of training.

Duration:
112 hours (101 hours out all breaks) and approximately 150 hours of personal work.

For employees with a private firm in Canton of Geneva, this training is funded by the District Fund for Training and Career Development (FFPP). The price is CHF 1'850 .-.
For those employed by the State or an institution heavily subsidized, the price is CHF 3'500 .-.
For persons under the CAI, the price is CHF 3'500 .-.
