Terms and conditions – Class cancellation
Each participant is personally responsible for the payment of his course by the dates indicated, regardless of whether he has received a grant from his employer or a “training cheque”. Only those people who have paid the enrolment fees will be allowed to take classes.

Each cancellation entails an administrative charge of 50 CHF -.
In the case of a cancellation between 3 and 5 working days before the beginning of the course, 50% of the fees will be due. Beyond this date, the entire enrolment fee will be due.
UOG reserves the right to cancel any course. In this event, the enrolment fees will be refunded in full.
